Ashok Mehta

Ashok Mehta is the Chairman and Founder of Intech Systems. Over the last 40 years, Ashok has fronted the evolution of Intech Systems from a modest data center of Gujarat, India, into a reliable digital transformation partner for close to 500 companies across the globe. During this span of four decades, Ashok has established his reputation for building long-lasting relationships with clients as well as notable brands.

Ashok has worked as a Research Assistant at IIM Ahmedabad and subsequently set up one of the first IT companies in Gujarat, Intech Systems, in 1978. He also co-founded Applied Software Pvt. Ltd. in 1990. Ashok has executed various large software projects for Government of Gujarat, Municipal Corporations, and PSUs.

Ashok has remained the President of Computer Society of India, Ahmedabad chapter (1997-99) and the President of TiE, Ahmedabad chapter (2007). He was felicitated with Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Hari Om Ashram award in 1979.

Ashok holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Youngstown State University, Ohio and an MBA from Bryant University, Rhode Island, USA.

Anuja Parikh

Currently the CEO of Intech Systems, Anuja Parikh has over 20 years of experience in various avenues of business management including strategy building, business solution consulting, global marketing, ecommerce, and business development. Her key strength lies in understanding various business models and spearhead their growth journey from zero to one.

Prior to Intech, she has a long track record of working with Silicon Valley companies like Trend Micro and Excite. This imbibed in her the ability to understand hyper growth in technology domains and what professionally managed technology companies look like when they “grow up”.

Anuja’s global experience allowed her to take the reign of her family business, Intech Systems, and steer it in the direction of growth. Anuja leverages her experience in technology, marketing, consulting, executive leadership, and business acumen to power up Intech’s goal building digital experiences for its customers.

Anuja has a Bachelor’s Degree from LD Engineering College, India and a Master’s degree in MIS as well as an MBA, both from Boston University, USA.

Anuja is an avid outdoor person and enjoys running marathons. She is also a TEDx Speaker and is an advocate of women leadership in technology companies.

Deval Parikh

Deval is the Managing Director of Intech Systems and a successful transformation and non-linear business leader with over 20 years of experience in high-growth technology sectors with global and emerging markets experience.

His experience spans management consulting, venture capital, telecom, and semiconductor industries and serves on the Boards of several technology and start-up businesses.

Previously, he has served as the Managing Director of Brightstar (Softbank subsidiary and JV with Bharti Group in India) India, a $700M+ diversified wireless and telecom distribution and services company globally as well as in India spanning mobile, enterprise, and network businesses.

Prior to Brightstar, Dev spent a few years the world’s fastest growing telecom operator – Reliance Jio that grew from 0 to over 300M subscribers in 3 years using the latest 4G technology. Amongst various roles, Dev he was the Senior Vice President leading product design and development, where the products lead to a 40X increase in mobile data consumption. He also served as the Executive CEO of Gujarat region leading the deployment of over $3BN in Capex.

In Dev’s 9-year career with Virgin Mobile, he was one of the founding members of Virgin Mobile India as Chief Product Officer. He successfully set up the India operations where he launched several path-breaking propositions At Virgin Mobile USA, where his roles included VP of Mobile Devices, VP of Planning and Operations where he managed a $500M/year mobile device business. He was part of the team that helped the business grow from pre-revenue to over $1.4 billion in revenues leading to a successful IPO.

He also had management consulting roles at PRTM consulting (now PWC) focusing on telecom and technology areas, and spent his formative years as a manufacturing process engineer at VLSI technology (now NXP) looking after semiconductor process technologies for the manufacture of ASIC’s in Silicon Valley.

Dev holds a Master’s in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BS in Economics, both with honors from North Carolina State University. His work has been published in global periodicals including the Harvard Business Review.
